These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards issued by Jean Squires, Naturopathic Services (referred to as "we," "our," or "us") and are subject to the laws and regulations of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. By purchasing, using, or accepting a gift card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Gift Card Redemption:
1.1 The gift card is redeemable for merchandise or services at Jean Squires, Naturopathic Services locations within Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
1.2 The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent value.

2. Gift Card Value:
2.1 The value of the gift card is indicated on the card or the receipt provided at the time of purchase.
2.2 The gift card value is in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
2.3 The gift card value is not transferable to another gift card.

3. Expiration and Fees:
3.1 The gift card does not have an expiration date.
3.2 No fees are charged for the use or maintenance of the gift card.

 

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards:
4.1 Treat the gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
4.2 Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.

 

5. Gift Card Reload:
5.1 The gift card is not reloadable.

 

6. Gift Card Balance:
6.1 To inquire about the remaining balance on your gift card, contact Jean Squires, Naturopathic Services.

 

7. Unauthorized Use:
7.1 You are responsible for the safekeeping of your gift card.
7.2 We are not responsible for unauthorized use or redemptions of the gift card.

 

8. Compliance with Laws:
8.1 By purchasing, using, or accepting a gift card, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
9.1 We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
