Reflexology is a natural healing therapy originating in Egypt and China around 2000 BC. Its application involves pressure to areas on the feet or the hands.
The theory behind reflexology is that certain areas of the foot and hands correspond to organs and systems of the body. The pressure applied during a reflexology treatment brings relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.

Restorative Reiki is a treatment that uses a combination of the Reiki Healing Attunement and a Reiki session to provide a powerful healing experience. This attunement brings in healing energies that are more powerful and effective than those given during a regular Reiki session.
This treatment is designed to help you identify and release issues that are creating blockages in your energetic body.

Chakra balancing is rooted from the ancient Indian belief in a series of seven chakras, or energy centers, that are located within our body. Each chakra relates to particular organs of the body, ailments, colors, elements, and emotions.
